I just found this great tutorial on how to create custom block regions in Drupal. Creating a custom region will allow you to place a block just about anywhere in your page! You will need a basic understanding PHP and possible a bit of CSS/HTML to be able to do this. Overall I would say that this is pretty advanced Drupal.

This morning while I was driving to work I decided to flip on good ole' NPR (National Public Radio). Paul and Newspapergirl, I totally agree with you regarding PayPal and their practices and how they just might run into a lawsuit. I too find it cumbersome to change funding source each time I use PayPal, it would be much more user friendly to have a simple drop down that allowed ME to choose QUICKLY.
